This website does not collect personal data directly through forms, accounts, or tracking. The only data stored locally in your browser is:

• Language preference (csai-days-language key in localStorage) — your chosen language (EN/FR/ES) to provide a consistent multilingual experience.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking technologies on this website.

3. External Services

Registration and submission workflows are handled by verified external services. When you use these services, their privacy policies apply:

• Google Forms — Hackathon Phase 1 application and sponsorship enquiries. Google Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft CMT — Conference paper submissions. Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We do not receive, store, or process the personal data you submit through these external forms. Data flows directly between you and the service provider.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

The localStorage language preference is used solely to remember your language choice across visits, providing a seamless multilingual experience. No profiling, analytics, or marketing use occurs.

5. Legal Basis

Processing of the language preference is based on your consent (freely given by selecting a language) and our legitimate interest in providing a functional multilingual website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f); Morocco Law 09-08).

6. Data Retention

The language preference remains in localStorage until you clear your browser data or change the language. No server-side retention occurs.
