How the Hackathon works
Follow three main phases and six dated milestones from application to the final Hackathon.

Application and initial selection
Submit the public two-section application. The jury review follows after applications close.

Agentic AI — Optional Advanced Approach
Agentic AI is one possible architecture. Teams may use it when planning, tool selection, action, and result evaluation genuinely benefit their solution; it is not required for eligibility.

Real external API
A genuine external service that provides real or current data, or performs an authorized action, while the project runs. This integration is optional; projects without an external API remain valid when AI genuinely solves the problem.

Information for finalist teams
Finalist teams will receive attendance and logistics instructions directly by email. They will privately confirm:
- Whether they can attend in Tétouan.
- The number of team members attending.
- Their city of residence.
- Transport needs.
- Other essential coordination details.

Selected teams
- One PowerPoint or PDF project document.
- Technical approach, workflow and current project status.

Final Hackathon
- Working demonstration and final presentation.
- AI approach and any optional Agentic AI or API integration explanations.
- Jury questions.
Eligibility
Teams may contain between 1 and 5 people.
Projects must use artificial intelligence meaningfully to solve a real problem. Agentic AI and external API integration are optional approaches and are not required for participation.
Additional eligibility details, if any, will be announced by the organizing team. No age, institution, nationality or student-ID restriction is currently stated here.

Who can participate?
Teams of one to five people may apply. Every project must use AI meaningfully to solve a real problem; Agentic AI and external APIs are optional. Additional eligibility details will be announced by the organizing team.
